I am a figurative artist who loves to notice the abstract qualities in the world around me. Examining memory and the seen, my work is concerned with containment, holding, hiding and revealing, often using still life as a starting point to explore these concerns.  Working in print, the use of differing methods and materials offers a variety of pathways to explore,  with drawing being the connector between them all.
As an art educator I run drawing and printmaking workshops in the studio and online, am a member of the Artist Network initiative at the Royal West of England Academy, a member of the
Printmakers Council and East London Printmakers. I’ve been awarded artist residencies at Cill Rialaig, Ireland, JOYA:Air, Spain and Zea Mays Print Studio, USA
